What Repple stores

Repple stores dealership account details, rep profile information, dealership settings, appointment card content, and organization-scoped activity records. Appointment card content can include customer name, vehicle details, appointment time, dealership details, salesperson details, and related vehicle imagery when those details are used to generate the card.

What Repple does not do

Repple does not send SMS messages, does not operate a customer messaging inbox, and does not replace the dealership CRM texting system. The rep copies the generated message and pastes it into the dealership’s existing CRM texting workflow.

Public appointment links

A public appointment link is intended for the customer receiving the appointment card. Public pages are limited to the fields needed to render the card and handle confirm or reschedule actions. Repple does not expose unrestricted public writes to dealership account data.

Usage events

Repple can record appointment creation, card opens, message copies, card views, confirmations, and reschedule requests. These events are scoped to the dealership organization and are used to show whether Repple is being used and whether customers are interacting with the appointment card.

Dealership responsibility

Each dealership is responsible for the customer information it enters, displays, or shares through its existing CRM workflow. Dealership teams should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in the appointment card or pasted CRM message.
