Terms for dealership use of Repple.

Product scope

Repple is a workflow tool for generating personalized appointment cards, public links, preview images, and copy-ready CRM messages. Repple does not send SMS messages, does not replace the dealership CRM, and does not provide a separate customer messaging inbox.

Authorized use

Dealership teams should use Repple only with CRM data and customer communications they are authorized to handle. The dealership remains responsible for the accuracy of appointment details, rep information, and customer-facing messaging.

Public card actions

Customer-facing card actions such as confirm and reschedule are stored by Repple for dealership visibility. Those actions do not automatically sync into the dealership CRM unless a future product phase explicitly adds that capability.

Availability and pilot status

Certain workflows, limits, and rollout controls may evolve during pilot usage. Repple may refine product behavior, access controls, and account limits as the product matures. Using the product during an early rollout does not imply the availability of features that are not currently implemented.

Dealership messaging responsibility

Because reps paste the final message into the dealership’s existing CRM texting system, the dealership is responsible for the final customer communication that is actually sent. Repple’s generated message should be reviewed before use inside the CRM.
